Services consisted of:
- Supporting the implementation of the Employability Pilot Plan that allowed for the recruitment, selection, hiring and maintenance processes of people belonging to local communities and indigenous peoples.
- Ensuring the performance and effectiveness of the employability activities promoted by the Indigenous Affairs Area by supporting the execution, monitoring and evaluation processes.
- Informing communities, in a clear and timely manner, about employment opportunities in the mining industry in the Antofagasta Region, as well as training hiring managers through mentoring and shortlisting of candidates.
- Developing employee retention initiatives for current collaborators of BHP operations located in the Antofagasta Region, belonging to communities.
